The total delivery time is made up of:
- Order Processing Time: Handling, packing, and dispatch
- Shipping Time: The time it takes for the parcel to travel to you
3. Order Processing Time
General processing time: 1–5 business days
If your beauty item is temporarily out of stock, our customer service team will contact you to offer an alternative or issue a refund.
For orders containing multiple items, if one or more are out of stock, we will ship the available items first.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.
